No one has to compromise anymore and drink just the mass market, weak beers. They lack taste, they have no body, very little of the ‘good stuff’ in beer that can be healthy for you, and basically they are just not interesting. Whatever area you live in, chances are there is a microbrewery close by; look for it. A good microbrewery pub will usually let you sample some of their beers before you order. Also, their menu should show how bitter each one is, and how much alcohol.
